Here it is! My first ever blogging SERIES! Even though I’m fairly new to the blogging world, I felt compelled to join the Write 31 Days online writing challenge and focus on a single topic, posting about it Every. Single. Day – for the entire month of October. (You can see the entire list Write 31 Day bloggers here. They’re pretty cool people, so you should check them out, too…after you’ve read mine, of course 🙂 )
Those who know me know that I can talk a lot about a lot of different things, but when I began filtering through topic ideas that I could write on for an entire month, one really grabbed my heart: My boys and on our conversations together.
So for the next month, I’m going to be sharing a quote from either Elijah or Josiah, or maybe even a child I’ve ministered to in the past (like any teacher, my students are easily “my children”). These quotes might be sweetly encouraging, delightfully funny, or wise-beyond-their-years challenging. One of the things that constantly amazes me as a mother is how often God uses my little children to teach me or remind me of His big truths.
I pray that you, too, will be encouraged, challenged, and amused by what has come “Out of the Mouth of Babes.”
(I’ll link the daily posts to this page so you can easily follow along, catch up, or go back throughout the series.)
